Each unit is 31ft by 6ft. Two months' rent upfront plus a security deposit of one month's rent upon signing. For multiple units, these terms apply to each.
Payment Schedule
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
After the 5th, a late fee applies — total becomes 2,100 Cedi.
Unpaid by month-end — lease is considered void.
